Returns & Refunds Policy

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Change of Mind – In-Store Purchases

We are not legally required to offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased in-store simply because you change your mind, although we may do so at our discretion.

Online Purchases

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain exceptions apply, including perishable and personalised items.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed within the legally required timeframe and, where applicable, using the original payment method.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
