The wine is made from a blend of 60% Phoenix and 40% Seyval Blanc grapes. Inspired by the melodious little birds that rise above the stunning permaculture on our Norfolk vineyard, Skylark is a great celebratory drink on its own or with canapés or delicately flavoured foods.
